  • I provide family and workplace mediation using interest-based and narrative approaches to help people identify their needs, improve communication, and reach practical agreements.

  • I am a professionally trained mediator with advanced education in mediation and negotiation. My background includes training through the University of Waterloo’s Conrad Grebel University College, Harvard Business School Online, Herzing College, and ADR Learning Institute. My practice is trauma-informed and focused on helping people resolve conflict safely, respectfully, and effectively.

  • I have training in interest-based mediation and lean strongly toward narrative dispute resolution (reframing conflict stories to separate people from the problem and create constructive new paths). I am interested in helping people in high-conflict disputes, and also constructing useful models of mediation for neurodivergent people.
